Kansas City Bites was founded by Julia Elman and Gayle Goudy in October of 2009. It is the sister podcast to Chicago Bites (a podcast review of Chicago restaurants). Julia and Gayle recorded the first 12 episodes then they passed the torch to Stephanie and Maria in 2011. Our recordings serve as a way for people to learn about some of the different food establishments around the area.
